If You Really Want Me to Vote…

Don’t tell me the outcome beforehand. Freakonomics Blog has an interesting proposal – ban all polls and surveys before the election. The uncertainty about the outcome would probably spur much more debate and consideration about issues (heaven forbid we have to consider a response without seeing what everyone else says!), and drive many more people to the polls.

I’ll be watching Fox News tonight.
